About the programme
Education in the field of human rights
The HELP programme (Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals) is the Council of Europe's flagship educational initiative for strengthening human-rights knowledge among legal professionals — judges, lawyers, prosecutors — in its 46 member states.
HELP online courses cover a wide range of human-rights topics and are available in several languages, giving justice professionals the tools they need to apply European standards in their daily work.
