Position Purpose
Plans, coordinates and oversees HR Section activities, implementing personnel policies per labor legislation and institutional regulations.
Eligibility Requirements
- Higher education (preferably in law, public administration, management/psychology)
- Minimum 5 years in HR, including 2 years in coordination/leadership roles
- Knowledge: labor legislation, data protection, public sector regulations
- Advanced digital skills: MS Office, HRIS systems
- Advanced Romanian; international language advantageous

Main responsibilities
• Oversee HR Section operations and personnel policy implementation
• Verify recruitment, selection, evaluation, and promotion procedures
• Create and update job descriptions and internal regulations
• Coordinate performance evaluations and professional development programs
• Supervise personnel files and HR database management
• Provide legal-procedural consultancy on labor law matters
