Dear INJ beneficiaries!
We invite you to apply to the e-course provided on the ILIAS platform of INJ - "Child-friendly justice for victims/witnesses of crimes - multidisciplinary response to violence against children”, developed in partnership with CNPAC and the Ministry of Justice, with the support of UNICEF and the World Childhood foundation.
Training hours: 24 hours.
Participants: judges, prosecutors, lawyers who provide state-guaranteed legal assistance.
Course registration period: March 27, 2023 - April 5, 2023.
Active period of the course: April 12, 2023 - May 31, 2023.
Equipment needed by the student: computer/laptop/tablet, internet connection.
General description of the course:
The e-Course strengthens the professional capacities of actors in the justice system in order to develop the necessary skills and abilities to interact with child victims/witnesses of crimes and to collaborate with the Regional Integrated Assistance Center for child victims/witnesses of crimes (H.G. no. 708/2019) in their best interest.
The objectives of the e-course are: knowing the signs of violence and identifying child victims/witnesses, understanding and applying the concept of the child's best interests, knowing urgent protection measures and how to collaborate with the Barnahus-type service.
