Dear INJ beneficiaries,
We invite you to register for the e-course "Procedural guarantees in criminal proceedings and victims' rights", provided on the HELP Platform of the CoE.
Hours of training: 40 hours.
participant: 30 beneficiaries - judges, prosecutors, lawyers who provide legal assistance guaranteed by the state.
Course registration period: 24.01.2022 - 28.01.2022.
Active period of the course: 01.02.2022 - 01.04.2022.
Required equipment: computer (laptop), speakers or headphones, internet connection.
General description of the course: The HELP course has been developed combining both the fundamental procedural rights of accused and suspected persons in criminal proceedings (focusing on issues of the EU Directives, in particular the presumption of innocence) and the rights of crime victims (with an emphasis on access to justice).
The course includes presentations, knowledge assessment tests, scenarios and reflection exercises.
Test mode: compulsory testing (test-grid).
certification The: Beneficiaries of the training will receive certificates certifying the passing of the course based on the result of the final test (test-grid).
