Training opportunity for legal practitioners

The Academy of European Law (ERA) organizes the seminar "EU Litigation for Agents in Practice", dedicated to legal professionals who act on behalf of the Member States and the institutions of the European Union before the Court of Justice of the European Union and the Registry of the General Court of the European Union. The training session will take place at Trier, Germany, during the period 12–13 February 2026.

The seminar provides civil servants and legal practitioners with applied training on various aspects of judicial proceedings before the courts of the European Union, with an emphasis on best practices, streamlining oral presentations and avoiding procedural errors. The participants will receive useful recommendations from translators and interpreters with experience in the work of the Court and will have the opportunity to apply the knowledge acquired through practical exercises.

The event will bring together high-level speakers from the Court of Justice of the European Union, the Registry of the General Court of the European Union and the European Parliament.

Participants will be issued a certificate of participation, indicating the number of training hours completed.
