Representatives of the "European Partnership for Democracy", visiting the National Institute of Justice

On Friday, October 4, 2024, the meeting between the interim Director, Adrian Cerbu, and the representatives of the "European Partnership for Democracy" - Simion Eslinger and Natalia Hadei - took place at the National Institute of Justice. Ecaterina Popa, head of the Training and Research Directorate, also participated in the meeting.

The discussion took place in the context of the launch of the new INSPIRED Moldova project, financed by the European Union, which aims to strengthen the involvement of civil society in political dialogue and democratic reforms in the Republic of Moldova. The initiative is coordinated by the "European Partnership for Democracy" and implemented with the Center for Policies and Reforms, the National Assistance Center for Moldovan NGOs, People in Need, the European Association for Local Democracy and Democracy Reporting International.

The meeting was part of the research activities in the early phase of the project to help implementers better understand the role of the National Institute of Justice in the process of communication and exchange of ideas between different civil society and state actors.
