Program for Young People in the Legal Professions, 6th edition

ABA ROLI Moldova launches the Program for Young People in the Legal Professions, the 6th edition! This program is a unique professional and personal development opportunity for young people in the legal professions.

What this program entails:

Training courses oriented towards the acquisition of essential professional skills and competences regarding inter-professional communication, legal writing and research, ethics of the legal professions, leadership and management.
Individual scholarships offered to participants and graduates of the program for research activities or participation in national and international thematic events;
Forum of Young People in Legal Professions which is a professional discussion platform for all graduates of the program, with the participation of foreign experts.

Duration: September 2024- September 2025.

The training courses will take place between September and December 2024, and will start with a first session on "Dialogue and inter-professional communication" on September 24-25, in Chisinau, under the guidance of experts - Andrea CHIȘ, ex-member of the Superior Council of the Magistracy in Romania and Letitia LUCESCU, expert, National Institute of the Magistracy in Romania.

The training calendar will be communicated later.

Selection criteria:

Lawyers, prosecutors and judges, as well as representatives of other legal professions, with up to 10 years of professional experience can participate in this program. Membership of a professional legal association is an advantage.

Semi-finalists will be invited for an interview and selected participants must express their commitment to participate in all program activities.
