The competition is open to students aged 11 to 18 from art schools, fine arts schools, creative circles, general education institutions, centers of excellence and art colleges across the country.

This year's edition aims to promote the values of human rights among children and young people through plastic art, in the context of the transformations generated by the development of artificial intelligence. At the same time, the competition aims to stimulate creativity and artistic expression, offering participants the opportunity to reflect, through visual language, on the relationship between man, technology and the fundamental rights of the individual, as well as on current topics, such as the protection of personal data, freedom of expression, fair access to technology and the ethical use of artificial intelligence.

The creations can be made in various artistic techniques, such as oil, watercolor, gouache, ink, pencil, pastel, mixed technique, batik or collage, but also in volumetric compositions, including ceramics, sculpture, papier mache, wire or other materials.

The reception of the works will take place between April 14 and May 5, 2026. Their evaluation will be carried out by a jury made up of members of the Union of Plastic Artists from the Republic of Moldova, teachers and representatives of the organizing and professional institutions. The winners will be announced and awarded at a ceremony organized at the National Institute of Justice on June 2, 2026.

The conditions of participation and the stages of the competition can be consulted in Contest rules.

The action is part of the series of activities carried out based on the collaboration between the National Institute of Justice and the "Alexei Șciusev" School of Fine Arts, with the aim of promoting legal education and human rights values among the young generation.
