A new electronic resource available to INJ beneficiaries

Dear INJ beneficiaries,

We inform you that within the INJ Library you can consult the following packages of the Romanian legal database SINTACT.

  • The Legal Expert Plus package:
    • Official Gazette, part VI;
    • Civil Procedure Code. Comments;
    • Civil law. Comments;
    • Criminal law. Comments;
    • Criminal Procedure Code. Comments;
    • Civil procedural law. Comments;
    • European legislation and synthetic acts;
    • Flow - Civil;
    • Document models;
    • Questions and answers;
    • Romanian legislation and synthetic acts;
    • Wolters Kluwer magazines;
    • Jurisprudence.
  • The Flow Package - Works:
    • Carefully selected, coherently structured and organized information in the field of labor law.
  • ECHR Jurisprudence package:
    • The new module provides access to ECtHR jurisprudence: judgments, decisions and information notes. The database contains over 120,000 documents published from 1955 to the present and is updated daily. The drafting language used for the documents available in the Sintact.ro legislative platform database is English, French or Romanian;
    • The format of decisions;
    • Each document available in the database contains the list of keywords regarding the legal issues addressed in each case and references to legislation. Searching for these keywords allows finding a group of documents with similar legal content.
  • The Legal Universe Library Package – Legal Module:
    • The largest legal library in Romania available in electronic format: over 250 titles;
    • Information organized in five distinct modules: Legal, Business, Fiscal, Public, General;
    • The five modules are fully integrated with content from the professional legal documentation platform Sintact.ro, allowing quick navigation and easy consultation of information at the level of each article of law, where you can find the rules of application, the relevant jurisprudence, the legal library, interactive graphic diagrams, the comments of specialists and articles from the complete collections of more than 20 law journals.

The proposed electronic resource was acquired thanks to the joint project of the European Union and the Council of Europe "Support for justice reform in the Republic of Moldova".
