Invitation to register for an online course provided by the National Institute of Magistracy in Romania!

Dear INJ beneficiaries,

We invite you to register for the online course "Special surveillance or research methods" provided, between December 11-12, 2023, by the National Institute of Magistracy in Romania.

The seminar is intended for the training of prosecutors and judges specialized in criminal matters. The objective of the activity is to deepen the knowledge related to the provisions of procedural law, national and European jurisprudence with a novelty character, the exchange of best practices regarding the technical solutions used by judicial bodies to obtain certain means of evidence and their uniform application.

To register, it is necessary to fill out this questionnaire.

The questionnaire will be active until the current December 9. The beneficiaries of the training will obtain certificates issued by the National Institute of Magistracy in Romania.

The training activity is carried out within the project "Strengthening the institutional capacity of the National Institute of Justice of the Republic of Moldova" implemented by the National Institute of Magistracy in Romania in partnership with the National Institute of Justice of the Republic of Moldova, with the support of the International Development Cooperation Agency (RoAid), under the coordination of the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
