Invitation to register for five e-courses!

Dear INJ beneficiaries,

We invite you to register for the e-learning courses provided on the distance learning platforms ILIAS of INJ and HELP of CoE (click on the name for more information about the course):

 

1. "Criminal prosecution and the European Convention on Human Rights" (24 hours).

Active period of the course: August 12 – September 12, 2024.

tutoring: INJ trainer.

Provided on ILIAS Platform of INJ.

beneficiary: judges, prosecutors, prosecutors' consultants, heads of secretariats, judicial assistants, clerks, court and prosecutors' collaborators, lawyers providing state-guaranteed legal aid, INJ collaborators and trainers, INJ graduates and auditors.

 

2. "Introduction to Article 5 of the European Convention on Human Rights: the right to liberty and security" (24 hours).

Active period of the course: August 12 – September 12, 2024.

Provided on ILIAS Platform of INJ.

beneficiary: judges, prosecutors, prosecutors' consultants, heads of secretariats, judicial assistants, clerks, court and prosecutors' collaborators, lawyers providing state-guaranteed legal aid, INJ collaborators and trainers, INJ graduates and auditors.

 

3. "Legal English Training Program" (40 hours).

Active period of the course: August 12 – October 11, 2024.

Tutoring: INJ trainer.

Provided on ILIAS Platform of INJ.

Beneficiaries: judges, prosecutors, prosecutors' consultants, heads of secretariats, legal assistants, clerks, court and prosecutors' collaborators, lawyers who provide state-guaranteed legal aid, INJ collaborators and trainers, INJ graduates and audiences, with an intermediate or advanced level of knowledge of the English language.

 

4. "Judicial Reasoning and Human Rights" (40 hours).

Active period of the course: August 12 – October 11, 2024.

Tutoring: INJ trainer, HELP certified tutor.

Provided on the HELP Platform of the CoE.

Beneficiaries: judges, prosecutors, prosecutors' consultants, heads of secretariats, judicial assistants, clerks, collaborators from the courts and prosecutor's offices, lawyers who provide state-guaranteed legal aid, INJ collaborators and trainers, INJ graduates and audiences.

 

5. "Family law and human rights" (40 hours).

Active period of the course: August 12 – October 11, 2024.

Tutoring: INJ trainer, HELP certified tutor.

Provided on the HELP Platform of the CoE.

Beneficiaries: judges, prosecutors, prosecutors' consultants, heads of secretariats, judicial assistants, clerks, collaborators from the courts and prosecutor's offices, lawyers who provide state-guaranteed legal aid, INJ collaborators and trainers, INJ graduates and audiences.

 

The courses are certified by INJ.

Registration period: 24 July – 6 August 2024 (extended).

You can register for one or more e-courses provided you do not already hold a certificate to promote them.

Providing incorrect information in the application forms regarding the position held will prevent you from obtaining e-courses pass certificates!
