INJ will launch a new e-course on the HELP Platform of the Council of Europe

Dear beneficiaries of the National Institute of Justice,

The National Institute of Justice will launch a new distance learning course on The HELP platform of the Council of Europe (click on the name for more information about the course):

The quality of the judicial act: the activity of CEPEJ (40 hours of training).

Tutoring: HELP certified tutor.

Active period of the course: September 12 – November 7, 2025.

Participants: court presidents and vice-presidents, judges, heads of secretariats, judicial inspectors, judicial assistants, clerks, court and prosecutors' collaborators, prosecutors, prosecutors' consultants, INJ trainers and collaborators, lawyers who provide state-guaranteed legal assistance.

Certification: Beneficiaries will receive certificates certifying their participation in this e-course, issued by INJ (40 hours of training).

The e-course it is an essential one for court presidents and vice-presidents, as well as for secretarial heads, who create a decisive tandem in order to implement and maintain an efficient court administration, with a positive impact on the quality of the judicial act and, respectively, on promoting an increased level of confidence in the judiciary. Another distinct group of beneficiaries is represented by the candidates for the positions of court presidents and vice-presidents, or the implementation of CEPEJ tools is no longer an advantage, but a concrete task for court managers, the achievement of which is monitored and evaluated by the Superior Council of Magistracy and CEPEJ.

Registration period for the e-course: 11 – 29 August 2025.

Providing incorrect information on the registration forms regarding the position held will prevent you from obtaining e-courses promotion certificates!

The launch of the e-course will take place online on September 12, 2025. Learners who confirm their availability to participate in the event will receive additional information regarding the agenda and other organizational details. As part of the e-course, four tutoring sessions will be organized online, which will take place between 15.00 and 16.00, on the following Thursdays: 25.09.2025, 9.10.2025, 23.10.2025 and 30.10.2025.
