INJ launches a new e-course on the HELP Platform of the Council of Europe

Dear Beneficiaries,

The National Institute of Justice is launching a new distance learning course on The HELP platform of the Council of Europe (click on the name for more information about the course):

Labor law and human rights (40 hours of training), 

Tutoring: certified HELP tutors,

Active period of the course: 16.01.2024 – 16.03.2024,

Participants: judges, prosecutors and lawyers who provide state-guaranteed legal aid,

The course is certified by INJ.

The course consists of a program of study consisting of nine modules that address, in an interactive way, the essential concepts related to employee rights, industrial relations, working time and rest periods, fair pay, occupational safety and health, and the European protection system. The course also examines both individual and collective labor rights, focusing mainly on the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights, the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Committee of Social Rights.

Registration period: 13.12.2023 – 5.01.2024.

The e-course launch event will take place at the Summit Events&Conference Center, on 16.01.2024, starting at 9:30. Course participants will additionally receive the information with reference to the agenda and other details.
