The event was organized within the joint project of the European Union and the Council of Europe "Support for justice reform in the Republic of Moldova".

We thank the Council of Europe for their support and the experts Andrea Annamaria Chiș, Letiția Lucescu and Horatius Dumbravă for the way they guided the participants, through interactive activities and group discussions. The objective of the activities was to identify the set of values of INJ, which serves as the foundation of the institution's mission, vision and strategy, and to define the strategic objectives and operational objectives related to the framework of the INJ Development Strategy Project.

Through collaboration and exchange of ideas, the participants analyzed the institution's strengths, key challenges and future development priorities. During the activities, emphasis was placed on the alignment of development objectives with fundamental European values and the medium and long-term vision of the National Institute of Justice was outlined.
