Attention participants in the 2023 admissions competition!

The National Institute of Justice draws attention to the fact that the people who will pass this year's admission competition will prepare their the medical record to introduce yourself:

• candidates for the position of judge – to The specialized commission of the Ministry of Health from within Republican Dispensary of Narcology;
• candidates for the position of prosecutor - to The commission for checking the state of health within the State Polyclinic.

The medical file must contain the following documents:

for candidates for the position of judge

1. the request of the candidate for the position of judge regarding the verification of the state of health;
2. the outpatient medical record (F 025/e);
3. conclusion about the state of health from the psychiatric medical board;
4. conclusion about the state of health from the narcological medical commission;
5. conclusion about the state of health from the family doctor, cardiologist, endocrinologist, ophthalmologist, otorhinolaryngologist, surgeon.

for candidates for the position of prosecutor

1. the request of the candidate for the position of prosecutor or the prosecutor in office, with the request to check the state of health;
2. the identity document of the applicant;
3. the conclusion about the state of health from the family doctor, with reference to the general work capacity (086/U);
4. the psychiatric record certificate;
5. the certificate regarding the narcological record.

The medical file must be completed by the date of October 5 inclusive, and in the period October 6-9 this year, to be submitted to Health Check Commission from within Republican Dispensary of Narcology and at Health Check Commission from within State polyclinics.

We note that the health check of the candidates who have passed the entrance exam is carried out according to the procedure and under the conditions specified by:

1. Regulation regarding the health check of candidates for the position of judge and judges in office (approved by Order of the Ministry of Health no. 479 of 22.03.2013);
2. Regulation regarding the health check of candidates for the position of prosecutor and prosecutors in office (approved by Order of the Ministry of Health no. 761 of 04.10.2016). 

It should be noted that, according to the fees established in The catalog of single tariffs for the medical-sanitary services provided against payment by the public medical-sanitary institutions, the expenses for carrying out the necessary medical examinations will be covered by the applicants.
