The National Institute of Justice announces the competition for the vacant position:
Vacant position: Principal specialist, Didactic-methodical Section and trainer training
(1 permanent position)
The competition for the selection of candidates for the position of Principal Specialist, Didactic-Methodical Section and Trainer Training, includes:
– file competition;
– sample interview.
Basic tasks of the vacant position:
- providing support and participating in the implementation of methodologies and carrying out assessment activities for the needs of initial, continuous training and trainer training;
- identifying the needs for initial, continuous training and trainer training;
- updating the databases regarding the network of trainers and the training of trainers;
- participation in the elaboration of certain documents related to the department's activity;
- providing assistance in organizing the competition to complete the network of trainers;
- organizing trainer training activities and keeping records of trainer training activities;
- realization of action plans regarding the implementation of national and internal strategic documents related to SDMFF activity;
- implementation of tools for quality assurance and evaluation of the services offered;
- the development of proposals for amending the internal normative framework regarding training, updating regulations and other internal normative acts related to the implementation of the didactic-methodical process and the management of SDMFF;
- the presentation of the proposals for the implementation and effective realization of the action plan, of the national and internal strategies related to the SDMFF activity in the didactic-methodical field and trainer training;
- the exercise of other duties resulting from the activity of the SDMFF.
Conditions for participation in the contest:
- higher degree studies/equivalents in the field of law, management or in the pedagogical field;
- knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, especially the one related to justice;
- knowledge of the Romanian language and an international language, preferably English or French;
- having some knowledge of computer operation: Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet.
Documents to be presented:
- the application for participation in the competition according to ANNEX;
- motivation letter and curriculum vitae (CV);
- copy of the identity document;
- copy(s) of the document(s) of studies and certificates of participation in professional development and/or specialization courses;
- the agreement regarding the processing of personal data.

After the examination of the files and the conditions of participation in the competition, the information regarding the date, time and place of the interview test will be placed on the INJ website (www inj.gov.md) and will be made known to each candidate admitted to the interview test.
