At the opening, the participants were greeted by the representatives of the organizing institutions - Ecaterina Popa, head of the Training and Research Directorate within the INJ, and Mihaela Vidaicu, director of ABA ROLI Moldova.

Under the guidance of the coordinator Trainer training program from the State University of Moldova, Valentina Chicu, the activity was focused on strengthening effective facilitation techniques and familiarization with innovative ways of providing feedback.

This model places the learner at the center of the learning process, facilitating the acquisition of skills through direct involvement in the construction of their own knowledge.

The activity was organized by the National Institute of Justice within the Program to Support Criminal Justice Reform and Combat Corruption (2021-2025), implemented by ABA ROLI, with the financial support of the Office for Combating Drug Trafficking and Law Enforcement of the US Department of State.
