Complex professional evaluation of trainers: stage II
The National Institute of Justice announces the second stage of the complex evaluation regarding the trainers of the INJ Trainer Network.
This stage only aims at trainers who, in the last three years from inclusion in the Network or from the last complex assessment, have not participated as a trainer in any training organized by the Institute. commission of competition and evaluation will evaluate them during the presentation of a demonstrative seminar sequence, lasting up to 30 min., on a topic of their choice from the field(s) for which they are included in the Network. commission will appreciate the performance of the trainer according to the evaluation sheet, provided for Appendix no. 3 la The status of the trainer, based on the following criteria:
- centering the training activity on the acquisition of practical skills and attitudes;
- logical segmentation of thematic content;
- the suitability of the training methods to the learning objectives and the profile of the group;
- respecting adult learning characteristics;
- the logic and correctness of expression in the specialized field;
- use of appropriate material resources:
- managing adequate material resources:
- novel elements in approach and information;
- the ability to plan, organize and evaluate homework;
- the ability to self-assess and continuously train.
By the Decision COMMISSION, trainers who have been contacted via e-mail and telephone services are invited Tuesday, March 19, 2024, 3 p.m, to participate in the presentation of a demonstrative seminar sequence, with a maximum duration of 30 min., on a topic of their free choice from the field(s) for which they are included in the INJ Trainer Network. Participation in this exercise will be online, and the trainers concerned will receive the login link.
Following the complex evaluation, commission will approve the list of trainers who passed the assessment and those who did not pass it.
If necessary, the Council of the Institute, at the proposal of at least three members, may invite the candidate to an interview. The schedule of the interview will be placed on the official website of the INJ, with the notification of the invited persons. The interview is not public and lasts a maximum of 30 minutes. for each candidate.
decision COMMISSION, together with the attached materials, will be sent to the Council of the Institute for approval.
The Council of the Institute can invalidate the trainer included in the list for approval COMMISSION, if elements of incompatibility with the quality of trainer appeared during the procedure and, respectively, excludes him from the Network.
