Competitors are to analyze two cases each from the fields of civil law, civil procedural law, administrative law, administrative procedural law, criminal law, criminal procedural law, with human rights aspects. The selection of subjects with individual tasks takes place electronically, randomly, eliminating the possibility of repeating them for other participants.

Each competitor has 30 minutes to prepare their answer and up to 30 minutes to present themselves to the two specialized admissions committees.

To ensure transparency, the oral exam is audio and video recorded.

This year, the Council of the National Institute of Justice, in accordance with the decisions of the Superior Council of the Magistracy and the Superior Council of Prosecutors regarding the establishment of the number of places, took out 25 places in the admission competition for candidates for the position of judge and for candidates for the position of prosecutor.
