Council of the National Institute of Justice announces a competition for the completion of the Network of trainers of the INJ. Its purpose is to expand the basic resource – the trainers involved in the training activities.

network is composed of professionals included in the Institute's electronic register of trainers, specialized in certain fields and involved in the process of initial training, continuous training, training of trainers, as well as in other scientific-didactic and research activities, carried out under the auspices of the Institute.

Candidates can indicate from one to three areas of competence.

Professionals from among judges, prosecutors, teaching staff from higher legal education, as well as other specialists who work in fields that are the subject of the initial training courses, continuous training and training of trainers, organized by the Institute, can participate in the competition. 

Training staff for initial training activities must have at least five years of professional experience, and for continuing training activities - at least seven years, to know the Romanian language, to have skills to plan, carry out, evaluate and review training activities and/or training programs, as well as to develop professional skills within the Institute. 

INJ trainers represent a model of professionalism, integrity and ethical conduct for the Institute's audiences and beneficiaries, directly contributing to the enhancement of the justice system in the Republic of Moldova by sharing experience and promoting the system of values ​​and principles inherent in the functions of judge and prosecutor.

The mission of the trainers is to actively participate in the implementation of programs and activities related to the initial training of candidates for the positions of judge and prosecutor, the ongoing training of judges in office and prosecutors in office, clerks, judicial assistants, heads of court secretaries, prosecutor consultants, probation advisors, lawyers who provide state-guaranteed legal assistance, as well as the initial and ongoing training of other persons who work in the justice sector, in the cases provided by the legislation.

The application file for the contest is submitted in electronic format, by accessing THIS LINK and must include:

  9. Curriculum vitae;
  10. Letter of motivation;
  11. Copy of professional experience certificate;
  12. Copy of higher education documents;
  13. The Questionnaire on the Determination of Integrity and Good Reputation (download here);
  14. Certificates and other relevant documents;
  15. Agreement regarding the processing of personal data.

The candidate's knowledge of a foreign language of international circulation, the use of information technologies, participation in professional training programs, confirmed by documents, possession of scientific or didactic titles, published works in the field in which the candidate will carry out the training activity and related fields, participation in training courses for trainers or in the field of adult training, is an advantage.

In the event that the electronic platform is not functional, with the information of the Institute, the candidate has the right to present the file in electronic format, on the official e-mail of the Institute.

The quality of trainer is obtained following the selection by the Competition and Evaluation Commission and approval by the Council of the Institute. Candidates approved by the Council of the Institute are included in the Network.

Candidates will be selected by the Competition and Evaluation Committee and approved for inclusion in the Network by the INJ Council. If necessary, the Council of the Institute, at the proposal of at least three members, may invite the candidate to an interview. The schedule of the interview will be placed on the official website of the INJ, with the notification of the invited persons. The interview is not public and lasts a maximum of 30 minutes. for each candidate.
