Five electronic courses provided by the Romanian National School of Clerks, available to INJ beneficiaries
Dear INJ beneficiaries!
Based on the collaboration agreement concluded between the National School of Clerks in Romania (SNG) and the National Institute of Justice, SNG offers the possibility to INJ beneficiaries to participate in the following electronic courses (e-Learning) provided on the distance training platform of SNG:
- "International judicial cooperation. Theoretical and practical aspects in the field of international judicial cooperation in criminal matters" (20 hours of training).
Description of the training action:
The training session aims to address theoretical and practical aspects in criminal cases with extraneous elements, especially with regard to summoning and communication of procedural documents, obtaining evidence, recognition and execution of court decisions. The training action is addressed to court clerks involved in the resolution of criminal cases.
Beneficiaries: heads of secretariats (courts), judicial assistants, clerks, court assistants, INJ graduates.
Available seats: 40.
- "International judicial cooperation. Theoretical and practical aspects in the field of international judicial cooperation in civil matters" (20 hours of training).
Description of the training action:
The training session aims to address theoretical and practical aspects in civil cases with extraneous elements, especially with regard to summoning and communication of procedural documents, obtaining evidence, recognition and execution of court decisions. The training action is addressed to court clerks involved in the settlement of civil cases.
Beneficiaries: heads of secretariats (courts), judicial assistants, clerks, collaborators within the courts, INJ graduates.
Available seats: 40.
- "Non-legal skills. Communication tools and best practices to improve the public relations activity of prosecutors' clerks" (20 hours of training).
Description of the training action:
The course, organized in online format, aims to facilitate communication skills in order to improve the public relations activity of clerks in prosecutor's offices.
Beneficiaries: prosecutors' consultants, prosecutors' collaborators, INJ graduates.
Available seats: 40.
- "Non-legal skills. Communication tools and best practices to improve court clerks' public relations work" (20 hours of training).
Description of the training action:
The course, organized online, aims to facilitate communication skills in order to improve the public relations activity of court clerks.
Beneficiaries: heads of secretariats (courts), judicial assistants, clerks, court collaborators, INJ trainers/staff, INJ graduates.
Available seats: 40.
- "Legal English" (11 hours of training).
Description of the training action:
The legal English course is conducted online and aims to develop the theoretical, practical, but also non-legal skills of clerks, taking into account the recent or forecasted developments of this profession at the European level, as well as the context created by the increased role of clerks in international judicial cooperation procedures.
Beneficiaries: heads of secretariats (courts), judicial assistants, clerks, court assistants, prosecutors' consultants, prosecutors' assistants, INJ trainers/staff, INJ graduates .
Available seats: 40.
The e-courses will take place during the period March-November 2024.

Internet access is required to participate in the webinar, and after registration, learners will receive the necessary instructions from SNG.
