INJ recipients can register for the Matra Rule of Law Training program

Beneficiaries of the National Institute of Justice have the opportunity to register for the human rights program within the Matra Rule of Law Training Program (see HERE).

The training sessions will take place between 15-26 September 2025 (online) and 6-17 October 2025 (in person, in The Hague, Kingdom of the Netherlands).

Application deadline: July 27, 2025.

The Matra Rule of Law Training Program is designed to strengthen institutional capacities in the field of rule of law within government organizations in Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Republic of Moldova, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine.

(Hybrid) training courses are organized each year, providing participants with knowledge of best practice in a wide range of rule of law topics. Through interactive sessions that combine theory with practical skills, the program equips civil servants with the necessary skills to implement reforms in their countries.
