AGEPI Intellectual Property Workshop - Open Registration

Dear judges,

The State Agency for Intellectual Property (AGEPI) organizes a Workshop in the field of respecting intellectual property rights, focused on the evaluation and calculation of damages in the event of their violation. The event will take place during November 27-28, 2025, in the AGEPI conference room, 24/1 Andrei Doga str., Chisinau municipality.

The workshop is organized by AGEPI in cooperation with the World Trade Organization (WTO), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), with the support of the EU4IP and Swiss PartnershIP Moldova projects.

The workshop will give participants the opportunity to analyze international experience and best practices in assessing damages and determining the value of infringements of intellectual property rights, as well as to discuss ways of cooperation between courts, law enforcement bodies and rights holders.
